Shipping Policies

It is our priority to provide you with the best possible product, service, and delivery. Your order will be carefully processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We ship website orders via USPS Priority Mail, with tracking information forwarded to you. If you would prefer to have your order shipped via FedEx or UPS, please place your order over the phone so that we can accommodate your request for alternate shipping. Large wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, with tracking information forwarded.

Merchandise Returns

An item returned for refund must be returned within 30 days from invoice date; item must be new, unopened, in resaleable condition; and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Either email info@plantextractsinc.com or call 877-999-4236 to request an RMA number. Once your return is received and approved we will contact you with the amount of credit you are due.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Plant Extracts International. We can not accept for refund a returned product that was purchased from a reseller.
